There is good news: My Dutch friends will give me a Bokmâl/Nynorsk - Dutch + Dutch - Bokmâl/Nynorsk paper dictionary as my Christmas present 2013. So I only have to be patient and wait some months...

Papier woordenboek Nederlands - Noors / Noors - Nederlands (Bokmâl en Nynorsk)

Het woordenboek kost 49,00 EUR.

As soon as I have worked with this paper dictionary, I will comment on the quality of this book.

Thanks, Medulin! This is a good online - dictionary because you can search in both directions (so also German - Norwegian is possible!) and, when you choose Norwegian - German, you can have the Norwegian word read out to you.

PONS is a very wellknown publisher for dictionaries in Germany (besides Langenscheidt)

I like this one: Bokmålsordboka | Nynorskordboka. A downside might be that you must enter the Norwegian word in order to get a meaning, so it is not useful for translation. I find it quite useful when reading Norwegian texts, however. What I find particularly nice is that it gives the Bokmål as well as the Nynorsk forms (with the setting 'begge'). It also allows you to search for inflected forms, which is nice if you don't know the morphological structure of something. Another reason why I like this dictionary is that it provides all the inflected forms in entries as well.
