Several years ago there were some Rapidshare links posted on the forum that contained FSI German audio with all of the English edited out. Those links no longer work: does anyone still have these audio files, and would they be willing to upload them somewhere online?
Also, if anyone else has edited FSI material for other languages it would be helpful to upload it and post the links all in one place. I know a lot of people have used the Spanish Basic course, has anyone edited the English out of the audio? 1 person has voted this message useful | |

All of the English? I'm using FSI French, and the only English in them is the heading before each exercise ("Grammar 4", "Learning drill 2", etc). God bless whoever spent hours and hours editing these out so they could save 1 or 2 minutes on a 30 minute track.

There is a pretty substantial amount of English in parts of the Basic courses, to the point were removing the English and the gaps can reduce a 25-30 minute audio file to 20 minutes or less. I realize this is a big task, having done this for some lessons myself, and would prefer not to do any more of it if someone's already gone to the trouble.
