Ужас! If it's a language learning journal, you should be able to edit your posts. In fact, it's pretty central to maintaining a team thread for the TAC. Perhaps a moderator could help us out here?

Is this team full? I'd love to join if it isn't :) I'm really interested in learning Russian so the TAC seems like a pretty exciting idea!

The team isn't full yet, so you're welcome to join, Pochemuchka (great name, by the way).
Unfortunately, I won't be able to add you to the roster in the first post of this thread until the bug which prevents me from editing it is fixed. I hope this will be soon though. I created a new log for TAC'14 here, hope no one minds I'm mixing a few team logs into one place. Even though I'm labeling myself an observer, I'm going to try and study Russian for a good amount of time every day.

I think an introduction is a great idea, but I am wondering whether it would be an idea to set up a new team thread before we do so. If Josquin is already unable to edit this one, it would possibly be easier to start a new team thread. I would however suggest that if he decides to do so ( and I do not underestimate the work involved) then we should decide on a team name before we leave this one, so that a new team thread comes with our brand new name. Some of us (like me:-) may want to change our minds and start a new log for 2014 after all, and then it is unpractical not to be able to edit this thread. I would assume that this also means Josquin cannot edit the title either. 1 person has voted this message useful |
