Here's my introduction I'm an American 51 years young living in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
I am a professor teaching finance and business administration at a local university for 4 months now. Before that I lived in Wuxi China for almost 3 years and learned (spoken) Mandarin and a little of the local Wu dialect. Before that I lived in Bangkok Thailand for 9 years and learned to speak Thai very well along with some Isaan/Lao dialect too. My interest in foreign languages started when I lived in Los Angeles speaking Spanish with my Latin American colleagues. I have another activity for all of you :)
It's easier to evaluate results if you can clearly see your progress. So I'm suggesting to write/ say/ show your current abilities in your TL's in order to compare it to the situation in the end of 2014. What do you think? 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Ich finde das eine tolle Idee. Vielleicht kann ich ein neues Video machen, das spreche ich Deutsch. Tatsaechlich wollte ich das erstes auf Deutsch machen aber ich war zu nervoes. Ich glaube im naeschten Video werde ich ueber eine bestimmte Thema sprechen. Darueber soll ich sprechen?
