I'd suggest that each of us choose a character and explain why do you like/dislike/hate/love it. Etymology, pictures, funny stories or histories about them would be nice to read as well. 大家好，我叫卖烧烤但我的朋友大部分都叫我 笨蛋，你可以自己选怎么要称呼我。我的汉语 已经学了两年了，但是我还觉得我的水平不够 高。这两年虽然大部分（一个半年）是在中国 过的，我的汉语还说得不好，不太流利。
你们可能不需要另外一个队友，但我对这个队 很感兴趣。 可不可以当一个“observer” 为了看你们的进步和互相鼓励？ ---- Hey everyone, my name is MaiShaoKao ("sells barbecue") but most of my friends call me "BenDan". You can pick what you want to call me. I've already studied two years of Chinese, but i feel like i haven't learned that much. Even though i spent most of these two years in China, my Mandarin still isn't that great and certainly not "fluid". You probably don't need another teammate, but i'm really interested in this team. Could i perhaps be an observer so i can watch your progress and so we can cheer each other on? EDIT: 不知道为什么我写的字之间有些字看不出来（ 我看的是个问号）。有没有人知道这是为什么 ？ Does anyone else see question marks for some of those characters? Do you know why? Ah, i think i figured it out. It's 'cuz the forum is cutting the message up between characters (each character takes up multiple bytes, and the forum is splitting them in the middle).
