The French in Action videos have shown up on youtube. I don't believe they were so easily available before.

The link just takes me to youtube. I then found the first 7 FIA lessons posted by SelfEducation, but the quality isn't great.

It says its by Pierre Capretz. There are also links with each video to pdf's of the textbook, workbook, transcript and mp3s. That makes me wonder if it really is dodgy.

I am pretty sure it's not really Pierre. In any case, here is how uploader describes the issue:
The channel is an independent attempt to organize freely available French In Action course materials in one convinient place. Videos were taken from learner.org, where they are available likewise for free(although with a copyright). Learner.org uses a flash-based video player which is not available on many mobile platforms. Also, learner.org provides no suplementary materials, that are indespensible for mastering this course. Great find. The only drawback is that my youtube downloader can never seem to manage entire playlists so I have to handle them all one by one...
