Has anyone used this program before? I am a bit confused on how to start it. Is there no real work for lesson one other than watching the video? that's my only real question I suppose. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks newyorker!
One last question though. In that review the author mentions a study guide quite often, do you know if that is available with the youtube links you offered? Also I just want to let people know that as of this moment there are no textbook or workbook pdf files with the lessons after 26. I'm sure I'll be able to find them elsewhere though!
thanks again, I'm going to start this course once I finish the advanced Michel Thomas course. I've been dabbling with Assimil, but I may just focus on French in Action instead because it seems so extensive and includes a lot of exercises, which I am a fan of.

Good luck if you do. My advice with the full FIA course is to make sure you make time
to use it every day and to do frequent reviews because it can get unrelenting and you
can get lost if you allow your discipline to slip.

Many years ago, I actually took two years of college French taught by M. Capretz. If French in Action is the series with Robert and Mireille, then we definitely had written materials from day one.
