Yes it is.
It could be a little clearer from the cover though, or even inside the book.. I have the 2003 edition, and the only indication on the cover is a little zoomed-in Portuguese flag on the front cover. In the pronunciation guide both Portuguese and Brazilian usage is described (not Angolan or anything else though!). The grammar seems to be Iberian (European) Portuguese ("Eu chamo-me ...") And it's published in Britain and the writer works in London so it's more likely to be European Portuguese. I don't have the audio though. However, the imitated pronunciation in the book is European.
