There are 2 versions of the 2nd generation of Assimil French: the older version has 99 lessons and the newest one has 113. I understand that the new edition is basically an updated version of the previous edition with 14 additional lessons.
Apart from the additional lessons, is the newer edition improved in any significant way that would make it reasonable to buy it if you already own the old one?

You know the score. The added lessons are a bit longer than the earlier ones. It is the story of a couple, unemployment, re-location, and re-employment. To me, they aren't the reason to re-buy the course if you have the original French With Ease.
