I have been really interested in going to a German university, where I am hoping to take
English courses until I learn enough German. I'm not sure of the requirements for a
foreigner to apply for English courses and haven't been able to find them for any
university and I have surprisingly not found any English Engineering courses yet either.
I also would like to study in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. If you have any information on
a website that could help or anyone I could contact for this, please let me know!

There are not many Bachelor programs taught in English, but quite a lot of Master
programs. To enroll in a Bachelor program that is not entirely taught in English you
need to certify your German first. And if you get certified high enough in order to get
admitted, your German skills will be good enough to attend courses taught in German
from
day 1. It might take a few weeks to get the hang of it, but you will be fine.

Keep in mind that your high school diploma might not be sufficient to get admitted into
a German university, you should check this first.
