Challenge: Full
Current Level: A1/A2
Comments: Since this is my first such challenge and I have a few very full study
semesters coming I try half first... When I'm able to do more, then I'm happy :D
And at least with reading 50 books are very much for me in such a time...

Language: English
Challenge: Full
Current level: C1/C2
Comments: When I do so low on Spanish I could fill the rest with English :D And one can
always improve oneself, right?

EDIT: Ok, one should READ a bit more before posting ^^ Updated both from half to full..
A book counts with 50 pages... I should get this done then... 50 pages is a really
small book... I just didn't read this part before registering..

Challenge: Full
Current level: B1
Comments: Reading books and watching films is what I'm doing to get better in French anyway. So why not
intensify that a bit? :)

Language: Japanese
Challenge: Half
Current level: JLPT N3/N4
Comments: After some debate with myself I decided to give it a try. I won't be able to do a full Super
Challenge and even a half one might be too ambitious. But even reading only one or two books will be a
success, since that would be the first one or two books I've ever read in Japanese.

Comments:I hope it is legal to L-R through some books listening to Spanish and reading English, counting it as "movie"; that way I can use time at the gym on treadmill or exercise bike. I guess I could watch a real movie on my phone too...

edited to fix bad grammar.

It counts, but I don't think it's possible to do proper LR on a treadmil or exercise bike. Better just listen to something slightly easier.

Finally giving in:

Language: Polish
Challenge: Full
Level:     Lets just say A2 with the occasional glimpses into the world of B1.
Comments: I went back and forth between Polish and German because I don't think I'll realistically be able to do full challenges for both. Polish I think will be more immediately useful to have a functional level.

I started a language log where I'll be doing my weekly updates, and also reviews, if I
feel like it. Just wanted to say that's where I'll be posting. I'll still be updating
monthly on twitter. The first post is massive, with my plan outlined and my resources.
This is mostly for my benefit so I don't have to spend time looking up what I was
planning to read or watch. Future post will almost certainly be shorter.
