In French verbs of opinion (croire, espérer, penser, considérer,reconnai^tre etc) never take the subjunctive like in Italian (I can't speak for other romance languages because I don't know). Espérer is slightly different as it takes the future indicative when the hope expressed regards the future like your example: J'espère qu'il viendra --> I hope he'll come= your hope is in the future (that he WILL come).
In Italian "volebbe" doesn't exist, it might an erroneous form for the conditional "vorrebbe". It's a tricky form because your sentence means that she "would like" (vorrebbe" that I "had come" (fossi venuto), that is she desired that I accomplished the action of going somewhere (to a party for example) in the past. It could have also been "Lei vorrebbe che venissi" which means the same thing of above but put in the present.
"Ordenò" doesn't exist in proper Italian (though it somewhat reminds of a very regional pronunciation from Southern Italy) because the correct form is "ordinò" and "mi" is wrong since the sentence doesn't sound correct to me as "mi" is superfluous because you know it is the first person singular by the ending of "ordinò".
"Me" is the object pronoun, here it requires "mi" e the auxiliary verb of "venire" is "essere", hence it's:"Mi dà fastidio che non siate venuti/e". Plus, remember that in Italian past participle agreed with verb "avere" NEVER agrees with the noun.
There are two mistakes here: 1) since you used past perfect subjunctive (trapassato congiuntivo, i.e. "fossi venuto") it requires trapassato remoto "non saremmo partiti". 2) "senza ti" doesn't make sense because "ti" means "to you", hence it should be "te" (object pronoun) and "senza", unlike French sans, requires a preposition, that is "di". Therefore the correct phrase is "Se tu fossi venuto, non saremmo partiti senza di te".
"Avresti" is second person singular present conditional, the tense you wanted is "avrai" and the tense used is, as in French,"futuro anteriore". "Livro" doesn't exist, it's "Libro", you probably derived from French "livre" or Spanish "livro". So it is "Quando avrai comprato il libro".
Here you got wrong the present subjunctive of "funzionare" which is "funzioni".
The Italian sentence doesn't make sense to me: at first it's "sarà benvenuto" because you wrote "I'll be welcomed", then the subjunctive mode here is misused in my own opinion because I'd either use present (Chi viene) or future (Chi verrà). Anyway, "chi" is also confusing because I'd find more correct (but "chi" isn't inherently wrong beware) "chiunque" (whoever,quiconque).
"Cosa voglia tu" isn't wrong per se but it is strange here without a context. To give you an example: "Cosa tu voglia non è affar mio" i.e. "Whatever you want is none of my business". In your example I would have put forth "Qualunque cosa tu voglia" or "Ciò che vuoi".
All correct but in Italian "avere" means that the past participle never agrees, so it is: "La miglior zuppa che io abbia mai mangiato". I didn't want to sound arrogant or insulting, you level of Italian is pretty advanced considering that I know Italian native speakers who would not be able to conjugate a subjunctive.
