Not sure just how slow you are looking for, but News in SlowFrench
( newsinslowfrench.com ) has 50 transcripts of news items where you can play the slowly spoken first parts at
no cost, and without even having to register.

You can even mouse over some blue highlighted words/phrases for the translations.
