Given that Quizlet is not SRS and so one has to go through the whole set - and given
that Quizlet allows you to create large folders of sets and learn them all together - what is the optimum size for a Quizlet set for learning vocabulary? At present I am current making 15 word sets as that feels about 'right' for a single session. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

If you use Quizlet on an actual computer you can click the stars next to the words. This will allow you to practice only those words and it will ignore the un-starred ones for whichever mode you want to do.
There's no hard-fast rule for how many words to do in each set/session; it depends what you can do individually. What I'll usually do is create a set of maybe 10 or so, work on them for a day, then add to that list the next day and practice all of them and so on. I've done this process for up to a few hundred words in one set and never had a problem (except that it takes more time the more you have). And if I ever just want to work on a small group of 10-20 or so, I'll just star them. 2 persons have voted this message useful |
