Imagine trying using this with German compound nouns; it'd be more like 100 full sized cakes every day. I'm in!

I'm sure there are other better ways to reward yourself than cookies such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or
small pieces of nuts like peanut or cashew. Even dried raisins won't be that big of a deal. Eating 100 of these won't
get your weight into trouble...

Not so good.

1. It is very difficult to engrave words in such small foods.
2. Even if you are able to engrave them, it will still be difficult to read.
3. Eating too many pumpkin or sunflower seeds can lead to appendicitis.

But maybe you could write the words on grains of rice, at least that means you learn a new skill?
