If I were to design her a course I would probably go heavy into "immersion" and ask her to do nothing but French for the entire ~500 hours she'd be awake in that month. So I'd get her some materials. My plan would be for her to watch 3 hours of French films/TV each day, starting day one. Read at least 5 books with intensive reading. Do the entire FSI courses I & II. Plus vocabulary, anki decks.
- 90 hours of TV/Films - So for example have her watch Engrenages which would net her 45 hours of TV, then she'd need 30 films, or another long TV series to watch. 3 hours per day! - Review "First 5000 most common French words (4879 notes)" Anki deck I created from EMK's lexique database he found. - Review a subs2srs deck with one French movie in. Probably something like "The Fabulous Life of Amelie Poulain" - Read 5-10 pages per day intensively of a French book, perhaps "Le Petit Nicholas", then find another book and repeat until the 30 days is up. - 2 hours per day of FSI review - Read a couple of pages of a French grammar book, start again at page one when she is done. - Finally read while listening to a French book.
