I would also recommend Kalaam Gameel for Egyptian Arabic.

OP, just in case you might take this to heart...don't.

I'm currently going through MT Arabic myself, and started to think about what to look
towards next. I don't particularly recommend Kullu Tamam, which was mentioned, as it
seems like it can't make up its mind as to whether it's a language learning book or a
linguistic book...it read really dense for me.

Despite the various recommendations provided, some contradictory in the time-honored "dialect versus MSA" vein, but all no doubt intended to be helpful, the original poster doesn't seem to have signed into the site since the day after he posted his question...
