For proper posh RP, there's no better source than the inimitable Jeeves and Wooster, based on the book series by P.G. Wodehouse, starring Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie. It's one of the best shows of British television, and it's full of the Queen's English, though you might also pick up a few 1930's upper class slang words!

Or you could try your ears on the Sherlock Holmes series starring Jeremy Brett, by far the best screen adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's excentric detective.

It's a shame I'm not learning English, because these series are worth seeing several times over.

I have managed to check most of those names so far that all of you mentioned. Now, at least for some time, I will have something appropriate to watch and listen to.
The lexis is not a problem, but since I am not a native speaker, I will fail to pick up a couple of interesting words, including probably that aforementioned slang. But still, thanks a lot.

I would also add to the list

Spook - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spooks_(TV_series)

And of course classic British comedy series:

Mind Your Language - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind_Your_Language (Sitcom based on
students learning English as a foreign language)
Faulty Towers - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fawlty_Towers
Monty Pythons Flying Circus -
