My language learning goes somewhere from a slow crawl to a complete halt at times during
semesters (I'm a college student), so I like to maximize my learning/practice during breaks. Since I haven't seen any challenges on here lately (maybe I've been looking in the wrong place) and since I find them very motivating, I figure maybe I'd initiate one designated to the Summer for anyone that wants to do a nice and relatively short 3 month challenge. I would be interested! I will probably have a lot of free time this summer, which I was planning to use as study time anyway.

There's the 6 week challenge that started on May 1st, one more starting on August 1st, the Tadoku challenge over June and late August. Also the super challenge.

Serpent - where can I find the 2 6week challenges you mentioned?
I'm thinking along the lines of something input and output based, maybe with some formal study involved. I've come to really like sites like italki and sharedtalk, since the languages I'm learning aren't really spoken where I live, so maybe I'll make it communication based to get myself and others reaching out to natives more and maybe encourage those who haven't broken the ice with something like that yet. I'm still thinking of how I'd go about this. I've never hosted one of the challenges before. Any thoughts/ideas are welcome.
