I'll write in both Spanish and English, English because of the rules of the forum, Spanish to make sure phonology understand, I hope that's ok.

http://www.mansioningles.com/gramatica.htm
http://www.curso-ingles.com/varios/acibre.php
http://www.curso-de-ingles.de/

English translation:

Welcome to htlal. To your original question: The series Grammar in Use is, in general, the best you can used. I used to use it a lot.But it can be difficult when you are beginning the language, I understand. There's a lot you can do to improve your studies. Briefly, it is always better to use more than one resource to learn. What can you add:

1.Explications of the English grammar online. But that ancient like those! In just one minute, I had found these websites, but there are many more as the whole world is learning English now.

2.A book about the English grammar writen in Spanish. I don't know them but I'm sure you'll find more than enough grammarbooks in any bookstore. A tip: You might benefit more from a book writen by a Spanish native than from one just translated from English. After all, you've already got a book writen by a British and the problem might be not only the explications being in English but as well not being writen that well for a native Spanish speaker. Try and author who used to be a student of English like you years ago.

3.A language course. A ood course explains the grammar as well, even tough usually tends to be less systematic. A very popular course is Assimil. I've been using Assimil:El Alemán (and I like it), Assimil: El nuevo inglés sin esfuerzo could be what you need

Sorry about the mistakes, I'm still just learning Spanish and I appreciate all the corrections :-)
