I somehow missed this first time round so I don't know if my answer will still be relevant but the first shop below definitely sells Assimil books:
GRANT & CUTLER
http://www.grantandcutler.com/
55 Great Marlborough Street
+44 020 7734 2012
London W1F 7AY
England
The main branch of the next one definitely sells Assimil books but for some reason Italian is hosted somewhere else and I'm afraid I've not visited that particular store:
The Italian Bookshop
7 Cecil Court
London WC2N 4EZ
England
The European Bookshop (parent company of the above) has multiple websites and multiple addresses - take a look at this post here.
I don't know how useful shops in London are to you.
Andy.

The ISBN of the book you want is 8886968019 (according to the Assimil site) so you could probably ask a local book shop to order it for you.

The cheapest Assimil courses (for North American buyers) that I have
found are at Amazon.ca. Le nouveau grec sans peine is listed at 84.96
candian dollars (84,96 for Europeans) which is around 73 US dollars.
Shipping would be less than from Europe too. I don't remember if they
have Assimil courses for English speakers.
Over the years I've ordered French books, music CD's etc. from France at
alapage.com. Shipping was always prompt, and even with the cost of
shipping, whatever i purchased was much cheaper than I could buy the
same items in the USA (and faster). I would say that alapage prices are
about the same as Amazon.fr.
Incidently, I'm using a "methode 90" course (russe pratique de base)
which has a text + 5 CD's (five hours of recorded material all in Russian).
There are 90 lessons much like Assimil in the beginning (I'm not very far
along). There are exercises with corrections. After lesson 75, the lessons
are all extracts from Russian writers (unsimplified I believe). Methode 90
courses are MUCH cheaper than Assimil and have more audio. The text,
however, is not hardbound. (Methode 90 is a publication of livre de
poche). I don't believe methode 90 has anything for non-French speakers.

I stumbled upon this thread when researching this product. It's been a long time since this thread began but it looks like things have changed. You can get Assimil directly from amazon.com. No need to go to amazon.ca, amazon.fr, etc. Spanish With Ease book and CD for $45 - Using Spanish book and CD $155.
Looks like assimil.com has both the With Ease and Using Spanish courses listed at about 67 euros which is currently $91 US. So you would save on With Ease at amazon.com but would be better off using assimil for Using Spanish, even when factoring in shipping at 17 euros ($23).

As already mentioned, try Amazon.co.uk. I just ordered New French With Ease with the CDs for just over £20. I think it would be about $40 for an American. Delivery would be about $15, I think. $55 isn't bad, though it seems that they're now on the US site. I don't know what Amazon.co.uk is like for the other courses, but I noticed that Using French was very expensive (about £50).

If you don't mind cassettes instead of CDs, www.ecampus.com is selling "Using Spanish" for only $37 with free shipping (if you order $49 or more). I've ordered Assimil courses from them before and have had no complaints, although shipping can take a few weeks if the product isn't in stock.
