French, Italian and Japanese sound the most beautiful to me. When I first watched Japanese anime, I thought the characters sounded so regal when they spoke. I never went back to watching the dubbed versions.

To me Elfish sounds very beautiful to the ear. OK, it's not actually spoken by anyone, but it did sound pretty in the movies. :)

I really like Spanish and to a lesser extend also Portuguese.
