I found this show from Thailand on YouTube about a polyglot who is fluent in 15 languages, and currently is getting himself up to par with 23 languages. His name is Jay Raj. He started learning at a young age from his grandfathers (mostly from one of the grandfathers). His method is associating sound with hand signs and colors.
