I heard a long time ago that Jackie Chan spoke several languages (I think he said the exact number was 8). Now that I'm learning Cantonese, I've been listening to his music, and I came across this video:

I know he also speaks a little Spanish, from a Spanish interview I saw with him. I've heard he can speak a lot of those, including Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and I think he speaks Japanese, too. One of the Swedish TV channels just showed two of his movies ("Rumble in Bronx" and "Thunderbolt"), and I think both of them feature dialogue in at least English and Cantonese. I've heard him sing in Mandarin and Cantonese, and I assume that he is conversational in the Chinese languages/dialects. Somewhere I read that he has been interviewed in Japanese.

In the past when he has appeared on Japanese television, he's had an interpreter. I don't know if he's gotten better in the last few years or not.
