There doesn't seem to be any thread for Vancouver Canada so any of you who've been there know any places to buy software like Pimseleur,Roseta stone and also books to?

Try Sophia Books in downtown Vancouver. They specialize in French and Japanese but also carry a range of books and learning materials in other languages.

Sophia Books is probably the only bookstore specifically devoted to foreign languages, though Oscar's and the UBC bookstore are also worth checking out.
