I had a regular schedule of language learning which I stuck to for 16 months. In the last month, it has fallen apart, largely due to work commitments. How do I get back into the habit?

How did you get in to it the first time? :P
How about a http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2005/04/30-days-to-success/ - 30 day trial ?
I like using http://www.joesgoals.com/ - charts for tracking my progress.
I also like http://lifehacker.com/software/motivation/jerry-seinfel ds-productivity-secret-281626.php - Jerry Seinfield's advice .
And also have a look at Prof. Arguelle's chart.

Maestro-
Thanks for the links, they have been helpful for increasing my motivation.
I'm on day 3 with the 30 day trial now :)
