I decided to start Russian. I am going to pace myself, as its a tricky language and I
have no grounding in any related language.

Today I looked in to noun genders, how to recognise them and adjectival agreement

c.1 hour

Today I did Eurotalk Russian's basic words exercise, took about 25 minutes

Did about twenty minutes on Assimil reading.

Did 90 minutes. Read assimil uptown lesson 20 then did Duolingo. Finished off listening to dinolingo counting
song really helped with stress patterns.
