For anybody who cares, this is what a modern Texas accent sounds like. ööö... I guess Texas has become a lot more eclectic, so we don't really sound like what you hear in the movies and things like that... I mean, there's still a drawl, but, mmmm, it's not as pronounced as what you get in the movies, so you can really tell when there's an actor pretending to have a Texas accent and then there's people who just do. Uhh, I don't know how to explain it any better than that, but I hope this helps!
