May I suggest to collect all the end of year reports from those who survived TAC 2012 in one thread (this one for example)? I'd really like to read about everyone's progress, but if I have to go hunting through everyone's logs I may not actually get around to it...

Good suggestion, Druckfehler. I've updated my post (#10) on the previous page, with links to members' year-end
reports where available.

I have also linked to the end of the year review, or to the logs to those who have not produced them yet in my post #4.
I would like us to have in mind though, that the end of the year review should only be one of many factors we take into account when we vote. Traditionally the quality of the individual logs (not to mention the humor) and the way in which the teams have inspired others and supported each other have been the basis for voting.

Great, thanks everyone! I also linked to them (where available) for the members of the Asian team.

That makes sense. But I suppose as not everyone can read everyone else's entire logs (or all the team logs) reading only the year-end reviews is still better than not reading anything in some of the logs.
