Chung of course.
PS there was a discussion about guardian angels. I read this thread and all Finnish learners' logs :)

Kiitos paljon kaikille kannatuksesta! Chung on kuningas!
Köszönöm szépen mindenkinek a támogatást! Chung a király!
Hvala puno svima na potpori! Chung je kralj!

(Look up the English translation of Chung on kuningas! etc. on Google to uncover the cultural/professional reference :-))

There are now 15 members and 4 guardian angels and we seem set to go. On the other hand, we have hit the membership limit and to take on new members in the future, I'm open to starting a second team for Finno-Ugric/Balto-Slavonic (or even just for one language from either of these families e.g. Northern Saami). My preference though would be to admit such people to this team (and if necessary try to find a few more guardian angels).

If there continues to be interest between now and mid-January, please send a PM to me or post here and we'll figure something out.

Could I please get suggestions for at least one daily comic strip in Finnish, Hungarian or Ukrainian that's presented online in a newspaper or similar?

It doesn't need to be a comic strip where the target language is the cartoon's original language; translations to these languages can be good too.

If there were something like Comic Strip Archive in any of these languages, that'd be more than enough for me. :-)

On a side note, it doesn't seem that the tangent to "Chung is King!" (~ Chung on kuningas! etc.) was that funny...
