You can get the subtitles in a text file by searching for "TV Series + Subtitles" and choosing
the language, in your case- English. A good site I use is
opensubtitles.org. While not technically a script, in other
words there are no stage directions or clues as to who is speaking- only a time marker, it will serve the purpose
quite well.

Thank you for the link but I would like to find the whole scenarios like in my link to "The Matrix" script, it is just
more interesting, of course I can just open subtitles file and read it but it is not the same.

Many, many movies are based off of best-selling books. Why not just get the book?

Yes, of course it is interesting but TV series "Californication" I watch now is not based on a book. I have found
scenarios for the first several episodes but can't find the rest of episodes.

It seems that because of the main character is a writer he uses a bit of extensive vocabulary and a lot of slang and
idioms.

Maybe you should put stuff like this in your learning log, instead of in Advice Center.

It's a matter of luck whether a particular screenplay is publicly available. Sometimes
the writer or company releases it, sometimes it (or often an abandoned draft) gets leaked
unofficially. If you want a specific movie you need to google the name of the movie +
"screenplay" and cross your fingers. With shows you'll only ever get a few episodes max.

You might want to check out this list of publicly available screenplays recommended by a
professional screenwriter: link.

How about watching episodes, once with subtitles, and then rewatching without?

It can be a little bit boring :-) Now I watch episodes without subtitles and switch them on at difficult plases or
where are important things happens with a lot of hints and ambiguities. But I will try. Thanks.
