I feel a bit sad, I have dropped Greek and Vietnamese.

Oh well, back to business :-)

First priority is German. Second is French.

German
My bigget frustation is talking. I'm not good enough. I have to think about how to improve my talking skills.

French
I need better listening skills. To often I don't recognise the word. In German I recognise words even if I don't always understand what it means.

A bit more productive last week
Mostly flashcards in French and German. And German grammar.
Next week I hope to start up the Assimil lessons in French and German.

Speaking German
I bought Paul Noble's German course. And have been drilling it to get a little structure for a starter. And reading German grammar to understand how it works. I find grammar borring but I need it to go furhter with the language. I have several German grammar books that i alternate between. That seems to help since I'm easely borred.
Later on I will put some of the German grammar into the Anki 2 to drill it.

Anki 2
I'm really starting to like Anki 2. Latest "discovery" is "filtered decks". Makes Anki 2 really usefull. And I'm waiting for the release of Anki 2 for iPhones. Then that is happening I'm back to normal use of flashcards.

The cold come back as a flu. Quite nasty, but now I'm back on my feet again.
I hope it will be a long time before I will be sick again.
Don't have time for this :-)

Nothing else to report, sorry about that.

Hope you're feeling better now, Bjorn. Take care of yourself and don't worry if you need to put your language study on the "back burner" for a little while – your health always comes first. :)

Thanks Jinx, I feel fine now.

However not so productive last week either.
For the time being I have a quite a busy family life. Both my kids is living with me for a while.
That is nice, but I'm not good at multitasking:-)

I have more time for language now. At last! Lately it has been a bare minimum, mostly Skype sessions.

My promembership has ended, and I have decided not to renew it. Makes it a bit harder to use the forum, but I think I have the information I need to learn a language now.
(Paypal tried to renew it, but my creditcard was out of date)
