Has there been any new updates since Aug 17th? Has he returned to Lebanon, or is he in the USA?

I think that he might have other thoughts on his mind at the moment. Also, from reading some of his more recent posts (still over a year ago, though) I got the impression that he wasn't very happy with the direction the forum was going in.

Ah yes. I read some of the old posts, and it seemed like one battle after the other. I do wish he'd filled out his language profile though; they make for interesting reading, whether one knows one or a dozen (or more) languages.

Magnum, I'm not sure. If he has a website, there might be more information there. The situation in the country is definitely more stable now than it was some months ago, but there's still much rebuilding to be done - not sure if he'd return at this time.

that's becuase there is a space in the link that I can't get rid of. See it at the
end? that word should say 'profile'. Fix the space when you copy and paste.

Thanks for the link, AML. I used to think of Ardaschir as an old scholarly professor, but not any more I guess!

It works now. Thanks for the link.

I expected an old man, with a long, bushy white beard, small glasses perched on the end of his nose and an untidy mop of hair...goes to show how wrong I was!

Heh...I remember stumbling onto that site when I first googled him. Yup, he isn't really a retirement-aged chap. Ah well. If we can't get Ara to return, we can launch a campaign to get Enigma to start sharing spy stories with us!
