I want to progress in all the languages that I'm learning, but I want to focus on French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. I have to learn Portuguese before the summer, as I'm going to Madeira, and determined to practise my Portuguese!

Ahh, a whole new year...
I think my goals would be:

1) Reach an advanced level in German. Read some more German books. Speak more! Finish all my textbooks and such...buy more :D
2) Start Mandarin in summer classes, and try with everything I have.
4) Maybe start Dutch towards the end of the year.

Since I've already kind of studied French a few years ago, I want restart it this upcoming year. I'll be doing Assimil for French.

I would also like to finish with Heisig and get up to a few thousands of sentences, following Khatz method.

And maybe I can manage some time to get a grasp on Esperanto.

German: C1, spend a few months in Germany, do some sort of official test.
Esperanto: B2, and I want to go to an Esperanto event.
Swedish: B1+, read several novels, visit Sweden.

This past year it feels like I learned a lot more about how to learn to read and understand, but I have yet to understand how best to learn to speak well. This is my overall goal for 2010, using the projects above.

I will keep on working on French and Russian (I want to reach native fluency). I would like to become fluent in Spanish and German. And last but not least, I hope to start learning Hebrew and Ukrainian.

Good luck!

Start learning a language again. This is gonna sound silly but I am not learning any languages at the moment because I can't decide which one to learn next. I want to learn about 10 languages but have decided that I would rather speak fewer well than 10 badly. The poblem is I just can't choose.
