Well, yesterday I tried to register with #Piemonteis and it was rejected. Trying again with #Piedmontese. Hopefully this time it won't get rejected by the bot.

EDIT: Nope. Came back as rejected again. Is this the right format? - "@6WCBot #reg learning #Piedmontese in May, #HTLAL user"

Does it only recognise certain languages?

Since I'm going to take the JLPT N4 in July, I've registered for Japanese. At the moment, I don't see how I could possibly pass this exam and, unfortunately, I have to take two English exams next month as well. Ah well, I will try my best and see where it takes me.

Unfortunately yes. I tried reporting some time that I spent learning Hmong for the August 6WC, but it didn't recognize that either. I think if you ask Sprachprofi, she could add Piedmontese for you.

Great, thanks. I'll do that.

The bot only recognizes languages with two-letter codes, i. e. the ISO-639-1 (?) list. Unfortunately I'm
traveling right now and unable to SSH into the server to add any new languages until my return in May. I
recommend logging your progress as another language. There are a lot of obscure ones on that list. There
is also a #Multilingual tag for wanderlust.

Lol is it for wanderlust???
I use it for activities where I switch a lot between languages, e.g. Twitter or Anki...

I didn't know we could register for #Multilingual. I had said a few months ago that I wanted to try Russian this time, and while I still do want to do that, I don't know if it's all I want to do. I want to do Japanese and French again.

Well, stuff for me to think about. Thank you.
