Excluding English (assuming the speaker is a native English speaker), in no particular order:
French Mandarin Spanish Japanese German Korean Italian Russian Arabic Portuguese I also speak Cantonese but unless the person that I'm suggesting a list of 10 languages to has an interest in moving to Hong Kong, I'd stick with the 10 I've listed, which are also the ones I'm most interested in learning.
