I was intrigued to to get the following results:
Malay/Indonesian - 9 French - 24 Russian - 20 Polish - 14 Chinese - 18 Hebrew - 20 Swedish - 16 Turkish - 6 I am already learning all of the above languages except Turkish, and I am fairly fluent in French and Russian, but they are my favourite languages. I haven't scored myself for German as I feel it is almost native language status. I haven't scored other languages that I have learnt but have lost interest in for the moment. That interest may pick up in the future. I am only including Turkish because I picked up a good Turkish diary cheaply and got interested. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I did some more languages.
Spanish - 20 Portuguese - 15 Icelandic - 9 I became interested in Icelandic after reading a thriller by Desmond Bagley, Running Blind. I followed the hero's progress with a large map of Iceland. I have taped a couple of movies from Iceland from our multicultural television station in Melbourne. 1 person has voted this message useful |
