Well explained. It also teaches colloquial Persian (they are enclosed in parenthesis). Given that all other lessons are this good then it's an appropriate course for learning Persian.
However, there are some mistakes regarding pronunciation of colloquial Persian.
In page 24, it has been mentioned that the pronunciation for boluz (blouse) is buluz whereas it is boliz. Also the d at the end of kilid (key), šivid (dill) is not pronounced t.
