In his book, Gunnemark says that an Finn named Arvo Juutilainen can read over 60 languages because he has a photgraphic memory for words, but he doesn't give any further information about this man and I can't find anything. Can anybody help?

Now this is an interesting point. Can we say that someone who remembers all the words of a language because he or she has great photographic memory can speak a language? I think there is far more to a language than to know the vocabulary.
