Ja, det troede jeg ogsâ. This is how I estimated Denmark. I hope that one day they will also publish an article about business relationships with Denmark in Business Spotlight. I will be very curious to read about it then.

MY DANISH COURSE IN DÜSSELDORF
We were 4 participants yesterday. First we read three poems written bij the Danish poet Thøger Larsen (1875 - 1928). The titles of the poems are:
- Forårsmorgen (= Springmorning)
- Efterårsstorm (= Autumnstorm)
- Nabostjerner (= Neighbourstars)
I was suprised that the last poem dealt with Mars and I said in the lesson that Mars isn't a star but a planet. When I said that the teacher found that too detailed, but our only male participant seems to have an interest in astronomy and could tell the teacher, which the nearest star is to our solar system.
After the poems we continued reading our political book. I couldn't prepare so much vocabulary this time, so for the next week I have to do some more quantity. I seem to read "de" often as "de" and not as "di", so yesterday again I made such reading mistakes. And a lot of others because such texts are full of for me unknown words.

Jauxdo, la 29-an septembron

THE ABOVE-MY-LEVEL STRATEGY IN MY NEW DANISH COURSE
So far I had a reaction from my friend in KR. She has doubts whether this can be succesful and said to me that another person XY couldn't do this succesfully either.
I fully agree with her that the named other person XY couldn't do such a thing.
But for me it's a special strategy and I am very glad that my teacher of the course understands the strategy I am using. I am willing to prepare the book texts at home as far as I have the time (We always read more pages than I can prepare) and I go on with my Danish self-study. It is very, very uncommon that people in language courses do self-study of the same language. I have have never heard anybody saying that. So in the long run I wil come closer and closer to the level of the other people in the course. But this needs time and regular attendence of the course. I strongly hope that I will not be forced into a callcenter-job with shift work till late in the evenings.
I already experience that I get more familiar with reading unknown Danish texts, because this is what we do in the new Danish course.

If your method works for you, then never mind whaat works or does not work for another person. You have great motivation, and with that you can acheive almost anything!
