I decided to have a week without language studies: I am busy with a big clean-up of my flat, every day I am doing such domestic tasks. So can't work on my language studies. Ieri ho studiato il resto della lezione 2 del mio libro "Bunonasera a tutti". Ho fatto molti esercizi, ma devo ancora studiare il vocabulario della lezione 2. Oggi sono stata al zoo della mia città. Faceva caldissimo, ma in questo zoo c'è anche ombra. Siamo stati un gruppo di 10 persone per avere un giro gvidato con molti spiegazioni sugli animali (nel tedesco!). ASTRONOMIE LEZEN IN HET DEENS: "INGEN LYN PÂ TITAN" Dit is een artikel van de website van het Tycho Brahe Planetarium in Kopenhagen. Tycho Brahe Planetarium Website Ingen lyn pâ Titan = Geen bliksem op Titaan Titaan is dus de grootste van de ongeveer 60 manen van Saturnus. Deze maan heeft een dichte atmospheer die vooral uit methaan en stikstof bestaat. Bliksems veroorzaken radioruis dat door de sonde Cassini opgevangen kan woorden. Zodoende kan men het wel of niet bestaan van bliksems hier onderzoeken. Titaan wordt in dat artikel zo leuk een "store, iskolde mâne" = "grote, ijskoude maan" genoemd. ECLISSE LUNARE TOTALE OGGI Oggi è un giorno importante per l'astronomia! Ci sarà una eclisse lunare totale che comincerà oggi sera verso le 21:30 ore. La luna già totalmente oscurata va al cielo quest'ora, man non con grande altezza, per questo sarà necessario un luogo d'observazione libero verso il sud-este. Nella sculo ho avuto 30 minuti libero e ho fatto un'apprendimiento del vocabulario tedesco - Italiano della lezione 2 del mio libro "Buonasera a tutti". Yesterday the moon eclipse was only visible in KR after 23:00 o'clock late, so when I wanted to watch at 21:30 o'clock the sky was to cloudy to have a look at the orange moon. I am lagging a bit behind with my Danish studies and I missed two lessons of my Danish course. One time I was sick and the other time I was telephoning so late that I would have missed the beginning of the lesson. Of course at home I studied the rest of Unit 8, which should have been taught in the course while I was absent. I have no possibility to inform myself about what was done in the lesson, so I can only look through my textbook en workbook and have a guess. VHS DANISH COURSE ON THURSDAY After two weeks of absence I went to my Danish course again. I asked the teacher what they had done in between: Only some exercises from the textbook and workbook which I had already done at home. So I haven't missed anything so far! Yesterday we were only two pupils toghter with the teacher. The two best of the class which made it possible that we could speak A LOT OF DANISH in this special lesson. We started with Unit 9 of our coursebook "Vi snakkes ved". LANGUAGE STUDIES IN THE ZOO WITH THREE RHINOCEROSSES Besides this I am now possessor of a yearly ticket for the zoo! This means that I can go there as often as I want. This is phantastic, especially in the summer when the wheather is fine. In the middle of the zoo in fornt of the terrain of the three rhinocerosses (= Spitzmaulnashörner) Usoni (= father rhino), Nane (= mother rhino) and Kibibi (= daughter rhino) there is a pavillon which normally is used by families having picknick in the zoo. In the middle this pavillon has a large table and benches around it. During weekdays, when the zoo is rather empty (it's extremely full in the weekends!) there is the chance that nobody uses the pavillon. So I can sit there with my language textbooks and MP3 - player studying Danish or Italian and at the same time watching the rhinocerosses. This is really exciting studying languages and watching the animals at the same time. I really love this place!!!
