Læseøvelse: RAKETNEDSLAG AFSLØRER EN JERNHOLDIG KERNE (Illustreret Videnskab)

Apollo 13 flyvningen mod Månen i 1970 er mest kendt for den dramatiske redningsaktion af de 3 astronauter efter at en brændstoftank på deres rumskib var eksploderet.

I teksten er 26 ubekendte ord for mig af 217 ord = 11,98 %

Nogle nye ord: (DK - NL)

et nedslag, -0 = een inslag
afsløre = onthullen, ontmaskeren
et jern, -0 = een ijzer
jernholdig = ijzerhoudend
en kerne, kerner = een kern
et rumskib = een ruimteschip

Læseøvelse: MÅNEN HAR MANGE ANSIGTER (Illustreret Videnskab)

Rumsonden LRO har med sine forskellige kameraer produceret tre meget nøjagtige kort, der på hver sin måde belyser Månens geologiske forhold.

Nye ord DK - NL:

nøjagtig = precies, nauwkeurig

et forhold = de verhouding, de omstandigheid

RAKONTO PRI LA UNIVERSALA KONGRESO (UK) AL MIA ESPERANTO-GRUPO

Hieraux mi kaj mia kunvojagxantino rakontis pri la UK al nia 4-opa grupo. Ni ambaux montris niajn fotojn de la kongreso mem, de la hotelo kaj de la ekskursoj en la urbo Kopenhago. Kaj ankaux ni duope verkis raportojn pri niaj spertoj dum la kongressemajno kaj lauxtlegis ilin kune kun la aliaj du grupanoj. Mi prezentis kopion el "Vikinga Vocxo" pri la mallonga biografioj de la novaj tri honoraj membroj de UEA: Detlev Blanke, Renato Corsetti kaj Rob Moerbeek. La aliaj du grupanoj tre gxojis pri tio, ke la kongreso tiom bone placxis al ni kunvojagxantinoj.

OUR BUSINESS ENGLISH MEETING

Today we met in my neigbour city again for Business English and we read an article from Business Spotlight with the title "New Beginnings". That doesn't say much but the text deals with immigration to Canada. What striked me most of the whole article is that there is a lot of "temporary immigration" in Canada, which is different from Germany. The texts contains long English / German vocabulary lists, but only 6 of the words listed were really unknown to me. Not a surprise because for my two Business English exams I had to learn lots of Business English vocabulary.

En enkelt lille detalje:

"på søndag" betyder den kommende søndag - men hvis det er dagen efter siger man normalt "i morgen"
"i søndags" betyder den foregående søndag - men hvis det er dagen før siger man normalt "i går"
"forrige søndag" betyder normalt søndagen før den foregående søndag (men sommetider den foregående søndag selv)
"om søndagen" betyder alle søndage (og det gør "søndage" også)
"søndag" kan have forskellige betydninger afhængug af sammenhængen

Thanks for drawing my attention to these grammar rules, which I didn't applicate. I should be more CONSISTENT (EDIT) in implementing what I learn in my textbooks.
