Hi Sarah.L, welcome to the forum. :-)
I don't know when he'll come back, but this is a thread about him, near the end they talk about him leaving during the war. Link

Replying to the administrator,
American University of Science and Technology was my university! I just graduated last year (July 12, 2006 - 1st day of war in Lebanon).
Prof. Alexander Arguelles does not teach there anymore; the course you have found must have been posted before he left or while he was still there..

Does anyone know where I can find the post that descirbes Alexander's method of learning languages? I would very much like to read this.
Many thanks

Hello Everyone,
Well, I think we can safely say that Ardaschir is not coming back to the site - which really is a great shame. I was just wondering if anyone has heard whether or not his book has been published or if he has an emial address we can contact him on. I, for one, really miss reading his posts - some of them were pages long and must have taken him ages. Very interesting - very inspiring.

I'm not sure what book you're referring to (not having followed this thread very closely), but here's a link that might answer your questions: WorldCat Entry.

Do you mean the "how to learn a language" book that he eludes to in some of his posts? I'd like to read that one too. Haven't heard anything though.
