You are welcome to join as a full fledged member as far as I am concerned. You can even beat the snot out of us
all now instead of waiting. We are a friendly group. Bonne chance! Viva la France!

Hi Luke, thanks for the warm welcome. I'd rather stay as an observer for the reason that I am not yet sure if I will be able to keep this log of mine going. I would rather not have my performance affect the team - should things go downhill for me. But if you're cool with me being around (as long as I'm around) that would be super! And hey, maybe I will actually make it to the end of the year :) ... one can hope!

BTW, how do I make a word-link (a cilckable word or phrase) on this forum?

Hi Raconteur. There are a certain number of posts before the ability to link becomes available. I think it's 25, but not sure. You will see an icon appear with a picture of a globe and chain link, when it becomes unlocked for you.

Thus, I'm just tending to a non-TAC-log for now ( bit.ly/1eiSWnc )
...is that ok?

If I survive until then, I will definitely join TAC properly in 2015.

Absolutely, and may I second Luke's welcome to Deuxième.

Thank you, Jeffers, for organizing the April Challenge!

And a quick note to say that I'm still around; have been keeping an eye on the team thread and logs, and still
managing to hang in there in at least maintenance mode with my French.

(Apologies to the team for having been MIA; had some health issues - nothing horribly dire, but affecting my
sleep and energy levels - which have usually left me too knackered at day's end to compose a decent post.
- Hoping to get back on posting track with perhaps shorter pieces. But it's been good reading other
Deuxièmistes' posts and updates (thanks, all!), even if I haven't commented or myself posted.)

Will do; have to dash off in a minute, but will add your log / observer status to the list on the first page later.

I was wondering if you were still 'out there' Songlines. I hope you're feeling better
soon - don't feel obliged to respond to this, just saying hi, hope you're well

Bonjour à tous les Deuxième.

When I'm really tired from studying, like right now, I sometimes like to wind down to some good short instructional videos. And these French videos from French-Spanish Online are always amazingly helpful and enjoyable to watch. I just wanted to share in case you are not aware of them. Enjoy!
