I write them out as well. Not several times (not in the passive weave) but still. It helps my memory. But doing three lessons at once sounds as a good idea. I tried something like that but due my lack of frequency in learning, it didn't go well.

Does anyone use an SRS to make flashcards out of the Assimil sentences, or just write out the dialogs a few times
to familiarize themselves with spelling and constructions? I do like the idea of writing them out, as I started
Assimil French and at first wasn't doing the exercises - when I started the fill in the blanks around lesson 10 or so,
I found my spelling and use of accent marks was pretty atrocious. Also had to back up a bit as I found that I didn't
think I was really internalizing the lessons very well. I've never used Assimil before so maybe that's taken care of
during the active wave, but I was spending 20 minutes on a lesson (just reading, listening and repeating) and then
going on the the next one the following day.

Haplology, if you go on Anki someone has uploaded all the sentences from Assimil New French with Ease into the shared decks.
There have been some posts of people who upload Assimil to an SRS on the forum.
In other news, Moses announced on YouTube yesterday that he and his wife are expecting twin girls on December 9th.

I should probably qaulify my previous remarks. I was learning Spanish, which is very easy to spell. Maybe writing out dialogs would be more helpful with a language like French?
Ive seen people on this board criticised for combining Assimil with Anki, usually on the grounds that it "undermines the value of the passive wave" or something like that. If your interested in actually learning a language, and not in defending an ideology, then I think its a fantastic idea.
Dont feel you have to put everything in there though. Why not have have fun with it?

I'm not "defending an ideology" but I can see the value of just doing Assimil according to the instructions. One of the things that makes Assimil great is that it's fairly fun to do. Writing out dialogues can be helpful, and using an SRS would be brilliant. Personally, I pick 3-10 words to make vocab cards from. However, if it becomes too much of a chore and you don't enjoy it, then the extra benefit is lost.
