I will now create this new log to keep track on my foreign language cooking. As my recipes are multilingual I will consequently write here in all of my languages. Reactions and advice (on cooking or language) are welcome and can be posted in all of my languages.

My goal is to improve both: My cooking skills and my food-related foreign language knowledge!

HOY EN DÍA: "Con espárragos y maíz" de la revista "Cocina Ligera"

Eso es una comida vegetaria con diferentes legumbres como por ejemplo:

- calabacines
- espárragos (aquí en conserva!)
- piemiento rojo
- cebolla
- maíz
- tomate

Para vegetarianos como yo es imporatante apprender y utilizar los vocabulos de los legumbres. En el español ya conosco los nombres de los mas comunes legumbres, por es es fácil para mi comprender una receta como esta.

Ya cociné esta comida y tengo bastantes restos para 1 - 2 días mas.

KOCHBÜCHER IN DEUTSCHLAND

Kochbücher in Deutschland sind eigentlich sehr preiswert. Sie sind alle auf Deutsch geschrieben, L E I D E R!!! Das ist für mich natürlich ein Nachteil, dass ich viel Auswahl an guten Büchern habe, die mir sprachlich nichts bringen. Gestern zum Beispiel habe ich mir mir ein Kochbuch über "Salate" mit sehr schönen Abbildungen gekauft für 3,99 EUR, das ist fast wie geschenkt. Hier in Deutschland gibt es immer mehr Auswahl an Kochbüchern der ausländischen Küchen, der Vollwertkost und der vegetarischen Küche, das war vor vielen Jahren noch anders.

Allerdings wenn ich mir ein deutsches Kochbuch z.B. der italienischen Küche kaufe, dann achte ich darauf, dass die Namen der Gerichte dann auf Italienisch angegeben werden. Es wäre ungünstig, wenn von solchen Gerichten der Name nur auf Deutsch als Übersetzung erscheint.

QU'EST-CE QUE JE CUISINE?

1. Tous ce que je cuisine est végétarien!

2. Je n'utilise pas de sucre et pas d'alcool.

3. Donc je ne fais pas de desserts ou gateaux sucrés, parce que dans mon opinion les sucres artificiels ne sont pas bons pour la santé non plus.

4. Mon niveau de cuisine est - plus où moins - débutante, donc les repas très compliqués je ne voudrais pas encore cuisiner.

5. Je n'ai pas encore des experiences avec des pizzas et des repas fait avec de la farine et des oeufs, mais je voudrais apprendre cela aussi.

Here's a link to a site with videos of an Italian taking you through various Italian recipes.

Looking forward to reading your vegetarian recipes, I may try some of them out myself.

Grazie per il tuo link! Sur questo site il cuoco parla veramente Italiano, questo mi piace. La mia idea è (come lo fa Iversen per esempio) utilizzare tute le mie lingue. Non vorrei publicare qui le ricette che ho nelle reviste o libri di cucina, ma scrivere delle mie esperienze e presentare il vocabulario delle mie ricette. Quando scrivo qui ho più di motivazione di cucinare, questo è lo efecto similare come scrivere un TAC log.

Leuk om dit te weten te komen, want als lezer van deze nieuwe log zul je op beide gebieden kunnen profiteren. Ik kan nog niet inschatten, in hoeverre mijn eigen kookervaringen andere mensen kunnen inspireren, maar dat zullen we al gauw te zien krijgen. Ik zal maar heel weinig Engels schrijven, want mijn duidelijke doelstelling is om hier alle talen te gebruiken, die ik beheers.
