Het volgende gerecht heb ik een beetje gevarieerd, dus er een milde versie van gemaakt omdat ik niet van scherp eten hou.

Ik noem het maar: KIDNEYBONEN MET MAÏS

De ingredienten:

- 1 blik kidneybonen
- 1 blik maïs
- 1 rode paprika
- 1 gele paprika
- 400 g aardappelen
- 2 lente-uitjes
- 2 EL olie
- 2-3 EL crème-fraîche
- 1 pakje gezeefde tomaten
- zout en peper

Dat wordt dus mijn weekend kookbeurt. Ik heb het zo gekookt dat ik eerst de uien met de paprika heb gekookt en dan water heb bijgevoegd om de aardappelen te koken. De andere ingredienten kwamen er later bij. Het heeft me lekker gesmaakt!

La mia comienda para hoy: PASTELÓN DE COLORES / DE LEGUMBRES

Los ingredientes:

- 1 piemiento rojo
- 1 berenjena (= aubergine) mediana
- 1 calabacín (= zucchino)
- 2 zanahorias medianas
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 2 cucharadas soperas de aceite
- para la masa: 5 huevos y 3 cucharadas de queso parmesano
- sal y pimienta
- (additional: setas, vino)

Para comencer cociné los legumbres en una olla / una sartén. Al la fin poné los legumbres cocinados en una molde para pasteles y lo poné en el horno con 200 grados C para 30 minutos.

Otras personas comen pasteles de azucar, pero yo prefiereo comer un pastel de legumbres como este!!!

Ho fatto le spese e vorrei dunque cucinare domani, oggi è già tardi...

La mia ricetta: PASTA CON PEPERONI E MELANZANA

Gli ingredienti:

- 400 g di pasta
- 120 g di feta
(mezzo cucchiaino di peperoncino)
- 2 spicchi d'aglio
- 1 peperone giallo
- 1 peperone rosso
- 1 peperone verde
- 1 piccola melanzana
- basilico a fogli
(10 olive verdi)
- olio extravergine di oliva
- sale

Non mi piaccono mangiare peperoncini ed olive, per questo non le utilizzo. Si taglia la feta a cubetti e si lascia insaporirla nell'olio di oliva per mezz'ora.

Con questo formaggio è molto delizioso!!!

La vigilia di Natale (= Heiligabend), 24 dicembre 2010

Il pasto di Natale 2010: PENNE ALLA CREMA DI SPINACI

Gli ingredienti:

- 300 g di penne
- 300 g di spinaci freschi
- 250 g di ricotta
- un po' di succo di limone
- un po' di latte fresco
- sale

NB: Quando si cuoce gli spinazi, si ridurrono moltissimo. E è non recommendato di riscaldire gli spinaci. Delizioso!

Per mangiare questa sera, dopo la distribuzione delle strenne natalizie (= die Bescherung mit Geschenken), ho scelto questo:

KIWI CON YOGURT E MUESLI

Gli ingredienti:

- 6 kiwi maturi
- 4 vasetti di yoghurt naturale
- 60 g di muesli o cornflakes
- 2 cuchiaini di miele

Io utilizzo un miele specialmente per i diabetici.

For the yoghurt with kiwi you don't need the honey. You can eat it completely without adding anything sweet (because the kiwis are sweet enough) or you can add sugar or sweetener.
