Morgen werde ich wissen, wie lecker... Ich habe mir vorgenommen, öfters zu kochen als bisher. Je regelmäßiger man kocht, desto mehr kann man lernen. Zum Glück kann ich hier in Deutschland leicht Kochzeitschriften in fremden Sprachen kaufen, denn mir macht es Spaß, immer neue Sachen auszuprobieren. Und es ist eine sehr gute Übung für das Sprachverständnis, da es einen praktischen Nutzen hat, die unbekannten Wörter im Wörterbuch nachzuschlagen. TORTA DI CAVOLFIORE CON BRIE E MENTA! Vedete, che i primi due pezzi di questa torta di verdura erano deliziosi a mangiare. Sono adesso nel mio estomago. Hmmm! * Ho utilizzato pasta sfoglia (= Blätterteig nel tedesco), perché nel supermercato non c'era più pasta brisée a venta.

Oggi è un giorno agradevole con un po' di sole fuori. Oggi vorrei cucinare una sopa. CREMA DI CAROTE ALLE CLEMENTINE Gli ingredienti: - 750 g di carote - 300 g di patate farinose - 3 clementine (si utilizza il succo!) - 1 dl di panna - 2 scalogni - 4 cuchiai di olio di oliva extravergine - brodo vegetale - sale e pepe Allora, questo è un piatto normale con poca difficoltà. Domani vorrei cucinare un piatto non-vegetariano* con pesce. Si chiama: PENNE RICCHE CON TONNO* E ROBIOLA Gli ingredienti: - 300 g di penne - 350 g di broccoli - 200 g di tonno sott'olio (peso sgocciato) - 150 g di robiola (= sahniger Kräuterfrischkäse) - 1 cucchiao di erbe fresche (menta, prezzemolo) - 40 g di parmigiano - sale e pepe Si cuoce la pasta assieme con i broccoli in una casseruola.
