Oggi vorrei cucinare un piatto semplice con ingredienti buon mercati:

FAGIOLI E PATATE ALLE ERBE

Gli ingredienti:

- 300 g di faglioli rossi
- 2 patate lessate
- 2 cipolle
- 1 costa di sedano (pero io non mangio sedano, perché non mi piace)
- 1 carota
- erbe aromatiche secche
- 1 foglia di alloro
- 4 cuchiai di olio di oliva extravergine (questo olio utilizzo sempre!!!)
- sale e pepe

Allora andiamo al fornello! Ho già fame e c'è un buon proverbo olandese:

"Honger is de beste kok."

MY LANGUAGE COOKING UTENSILS



On the photo you can see two of my cooking files with my collected recipes in foreign language and one of my Italian cooking magazines.

I enjoy using my L3 via L2 - dictionaries, preferably based on the Dutch language. Here you can see my Van Dale Pocketwoordenboeken Nederlands - Italiaans en Italiaans - Nederlands as well as Nederlands - Spaans en Spaans - Nederlands. The two thick dictionaries are Prisma Handwoordenboeken voor Frans - Nederlands - Frans and Engels - Nederlands - Engels.

Domani vorrei cucinare di nuovo un piatto delizioso.

Questo piatto si chiama: SPAGHETTI CON ZUCCA E PORRI

Gli ingredienti:

- 400 g di spaghetti (o un'altra pasta)
- 300 g di polpa di zucca
- 2 porri sottili
- 50 g di pecorino grattuggiato
- prezzemolo
- brodo vegetale
- 6 cuchiai di olio di oliva extravergine
- sale e pepe

Sono felice che il mio supermercato turco offre anche in questo mese delle zucche fresche.

*non ho utilizzato spaghetti, ma un'altra forma della pasta

La zucca è arancione ed i porri sono verdi!

Questo fine di settimana vorrei cucinare un contorno che potete combinare con carne o pesce, se volete. Io lo combino con una porzione di pasta.

CIMETTE DI BROCCOLI CON SALSA AL FORMAGGIO

Gli ingredienti:

- 500 g di broccoli
- 30 g di burro o margarina
- 30 g di farina
- 5 dl di latte
- 100 g di formaggio (per esempio taleggio)
- sale e pepe

Si cucina il broccolo. La salsa si chiama una besciamella. Per questa si sciolglie la margarina a fuoco dolce e poi si unite la farina. Si mescola bene per evitare i grumi. Dopo si aggiunge la latte e alla fine il formaggio tagilato a pezzettini.

Per me è un experimento, perché non ho mai fatto una salsa besciamella. Questo a functionato perfettamente, non ho avuto grumi.

Would you like a recipe for some cakes, which is extremely simple? Kuikentje, I never bake any cakes. As I have to be very strict with my weight, because my doctor controls this, I rather eat fruit than any cakes at all.
