I was not able to resume my download with Chrome, but I was able to do it with curl.

I was actually it running through Visual Studio .NET 2008 but for most versions of Windows you can install some version or other of IIS or you can install Tomcat. 1 person has voted this message useful | ||||||

I think the content of these courses, if they are like previous versions I've seen, are basicaly just phrasebooks ('750 key terms and phrases'). And most of these phrases won't be all that useful unless you are being stationed in a warzone ("Get down on the ground!" or "Proceed though the checkpoint!")

Downloaded the Mandarin course using Firefox on a Windows Vista machine. After registering, the CBT course is working fine. Since it does not allow skipping ahead, I'm currently working through tones and pronuniciation mini drills.
