I was not able to resume my download with Chrome, but I was able to do it with curl.
Code:
curl -C - -O http://fieldsupport.dliflc.edu/products/headstart/french/fre nch_headstart2.zip |

What did you use for Windows? Is there a easy-to-setup server language enthusiasts running Windows could install? |

I was actually it running through Visual Studio .NET 2008 but for most versions of Windows you can install some version or other of IIS or you can install Tomcat.

I think the content of these courses, if they are like previous versions I've seen, are basicaly just phrasebooks ('750 key terms and phrases'). And most of these phrases won't be all that useful unless you are being stationed in a warzone ("Get down on the ground!" or "Proceed though the checkpoint!")

A lot of the courses are much more. Check out the Mandarin course for example.

Holy crap...the Korean one is 2.0GB! Attempting to download now...
Well I got 1.7GB then it claimed done, but the ZIP won't open, so it looks like my download ended early as well.

Hi,
I downloaded the Russian, Korean and Chinese without any problem (under Linux).
After signing up, (2 seconds time), they just work.

Downloaded the Mandarin course using Firefox on a Windows Vista machine. After registering, the CBT course is working fine. Since it does not allow skipping ahead, I'm currently working through tones and pronuniciation mini drills.
